GROUP SESSIONS

ABOUT

rocks covered in yellowish green moss

Group circles are spaces where personal healing becomes collective practice. Rooted in themes of regenerative resilience, rest, eco-leadership, and natural cycles, these gatherings invite you to step out of isolation and into shared presence.

Each circle is an opportunity to slow down and listen, both to yourself and to others, within a supportive, non-hierarchical environment. Drawing from eco-therapy, somatic awareness, and cyclical wisdom, we explore how our inner processes mirror the rhythms of the Earth.

    Gather With Community

We come together in 90–120 minute sessions, offered both online and in person, creating a shared space that is intentional, spacious, and grounded.

    Share & Listen

The circle is held in a horizontal, non-hierarchical way, where deep listening and mutual presence allow insight and wisdom to emerge collectively.

    Explore Cycles & Themes

Through themes like resilience, rest, eco-leadership, and Earth and body cycles, we begin to understand our experiences as part of larger, living rhythms.

    Move Into Connection

Within this shared space, personal stories are witnessed and held, supporting a shift from carrying things alone to feeling resourced by community and collective care.
